A Spinning Top giving beautiful vibrant colours when spun.  I used a flash and added a border to compliment the colours.

This was taken in my garden....low to the ground.... On first look, I was pleased that the red took my eye instead of the unfocused foliage. The little speckles of white add a "cottagey feel".

This photo was taken from a KLM plane flying from Humberside (England) to Amsterdam (The Netherlands), when the snow was falling quite heavily.  The fields were covered in patterns giving amazing shots from above.

Everyone was having so much fun at the LEGOLAND Windsor Park.  This picture captures the excitement and the colours perfectly.

Day 22 - Creative Rain

I often have cut flowers around the house, all bought by someone else....usually my dear husband.  When its pouring with rain outside, its time to get creative with the camera inside.  The splash of colour I added later, edited at www.photobucket.com .

Day 21 - Spring is Here?

 

 

Just walking home along Newland Avenue and spotted these lovely flowers, sat on the pavement ready for the flower shop.  They made me think of Spring.  Impulsively I took a shot with my mobile phone. Also made me wonder where the sun had gone in England??!!

This was once a record breaking single span suspension bridge - The Humber Bridge, spanning the River Humber over to Lincolnshire and onward, down to the South of England.  Tolls have been high over the years but now, finally reduced making both sides of the river more accessible for everyone.
